FAQ Relating To Entries

How do I check my entry details?
  • Go to Entry Ninja
  • Log in using your email & password (alternatively using facebook or google).
  • Click on your name - top right corner of the screen.
  • In the dropdown menu select "My Entries".
  • A list of your entries will be displayed
  • Select "detail" for your sani2c entry - this will load an overview of your entry.
How do I make a rider substitution?
What you need to know:
  • IMPORTANT: Make sure the person to receive the substitution is registered on Entry Ninja, ensure you have the email they use to log in.
  • If they do not have an account you will be prompted to create one during the substitution process!
  • Either team member can enter the substitution application details
  • The cost is R300 per substitution
  • Credit card and EFT payments will be accepted for the substitutions
  • You can come back to pay later, or pay immediately when you do the substitution
  • Please do not assume the substitution is complete until payment has been made and the Substitution Confirmation email has been received
To make the substitution follow these steps:
  • Go to Entry Ninja
  • Log in using your email & password (alternatively using facebook or google).
  • Click on your name - top right corner of the screen.
  • In the dropdown menu select "My Entries".
  • A list of your entries will be displayed
  • Select "detail" for your sani2c entry - this will load an overview of your entry.
  • In the members table, on the right you will see a substitute button.
  • Clicking the substitute button will open the "Substitute member" page.
  • Enter the email of the person who is going to receive the entry.
  • Save.
  • You will be redirected back to your registration overview page - not the message at the top of your screen: "Substitution added to change list. Please click 'confirm changes' in your changes overview."
  • Click on the changes overview or scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the Confirm changes button
  • Once you are sure that the information is correct click Confirm changes, if for any reason the information is not correct you can withdraw the substitution.
  • You will be redirected to the payment page where the substitution fee can be payed.

Am I entitled to a refund?
  • Refunds for the 2018 events will only be possible until the 20th January 2018. You will receive your entry fee minus 10% admin fee.
  • Any cancellations of teams after this date will require both riders of the existing team to be substituted out as we will not be able to get a completely new team to take your entry in the event at this late stage.
  • Under no circumstances will entry fees be carried over to the next year.
  • Please contact judy@sani2c.co.za to request a refund.
How do I change my team name?
  • Please email your team name change to Sandra at judy@sani2c.co.za to be updated.
Can I change my clothing size?
  • Clothing size changes can only be requested up until 01 September 2017.
  • Thereafter clothing size updates won't be accepted or processed.
  • Please note that substituted team participants will receive the clothing size of the initial participant, unless this was changed before 01 September 2017.
  • To change your clothing size please send a mail to support@entryninja.com with a subject heading of: sani2c 2017 - clothing size change
  • Alternatively go to Entry Ninja and use the live chat to talk to one of our support staff to request the change.
To update your details:
  • Go to Entry Ninja
  • Log in using your email & password (alternatively using facebook or google).
  • Click on your name - top right corner of the screen.
  • In the dropdown menu select "My Details".
  • Here you can edit/update your personal information as well as medical information.
  • Once you are done remember to click "Save changes".
