how do i substitute a rider?

can i request a refund?

  • If you are no longer able to take part in the event and do not have anyone to substitute your entry to, we will refund 90% of your entry fee up until 31 January. For the month of February, 75% of your entry fee will be refunded, then from 1 March 50% of your entry will be refunded. No refunds will be available from 15 March. Please email [email protected] to request a refund.
  • Any cancellations of teams after this date will require both riders of the existing team to be substituted out as we will not be able to get a completely new team to take your entry in the event at this late stage.
  • Under no circumstances will entry fees be carried over to the next year.

how do i change our team name?

Please email your team name change to [email protected] to be updated.

can i change my clothing size?

  • Size changes can be requested before the end of September.
  • Please contact [email protected] to request clothing size changes.
  • Please note that substituted participants will receive the clothing size of the initial participant, unless this was changed before the end of September.

can i update my entry details?

Yes, you can follow this link to update your personal details (email address, mobile number, etc.).
