Entry procedure for sani2c 2013
Entries for the sani2c 2013 have been filled. If your team was accepted, you would have received your acceptance email by now.
If there are places that become available you will receive an email and by the end of September 2012 if you have not heard from us, your team has not received an Accepted entry for Sani2c 2013.

Here 2012 riders will be able to enter your ID number and details to determine if you will be on the Accepted List or the Query List.
Email confirmations will be sent to those on the Accepted List as a reminder to pay in the next phase.
Please note that only once entrants have paid will they have a confirmed spot in the sani2c 2013 races.
Should you be placed on the Query or Waiting List, you will only be contacted should a spot open up.
No substitutions will be allowed to take place. |

Accepted List riders can update details and pay
|
Accepted List riders will be able to login and update their details; select clothing sizes and pay online.
This year, the requirement will be to use a credit card or Auto EFT for payment.
Please note that no Diners or American Express cards will be accepted. The payment will reflect as MyActive. Should you reverse your payment with your bank, your entry will be forfeited.
No substitutions will be allowed to take place.

Resolution of Payments for Accepted and Paid Teams and Query List Acceptance.
Waiting List riders may be asked to fill available spots if any are available after the Query List.

For the available spots, Waiting List riders will be contacted after a random selection has taken place and required to pay within 72 hours by credit card or EFT.
Please note that the clothing sizes selected at the end of this period will be final.
No substitutions will be allowed to take place. |

Substitutions and changes open
The last date to confirm your clothing size will be 30 September thereafter substitutions done will receive the same clothing as the outgoing rider. |
Once all registration spots have been filled, we will open the system to allow for substitutions. These can be done and paid for on the front-end, by the primary participant. If you have any problems, please contact Judy. |
